CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

If the art is delivered, make sure to take a video during the unboxing and also pictures as proof of the damage, otherwise, the receiver’s request for return will not be accepted. Any damages inflicted by the receiver is not accepted for a return request.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM?

The turnaround time for an art to be completed takes about   1-2 weeks. As soon as the art is completed, the client will be notified about it and the team will immediately process the delivery the same day as the art finished.

IS THERE AN ADDITION TO COMMISSION FEE IF THE REQUEST IS DIFFICULT?

Yes, there will be an additional fee but we make sure that the expectations are met and the quality is top-notch. We will inform the client first about the additional fee before adding anything to the standard fee. We also make sure that before accepting commissions it meets the requirements set by the artists themselves indicated on their page in this site.

WHAT SHOPPING CHOICES ARE AVAILABLE?

The customers can purchase products from the business on the website and any other social media platforms available. Half payment through online payment (Gcash, PayPal) and the other half on cash on delivery.

CAN I MODIFY A PREVIOUSLY PLACED ORDER?

Customers may cancel their purchases if the goods are not personalized and they are not yet at the sorting facility. However, if the item is customized, the customer should cancel the transaction right away and within three days. The customers are not permitted to obtain the half of the price for the personalized item.

DO I HAVE TO PAY IN FULL OR HALF IN ADVANCE IF I BUY PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS?

For the customized goods, it is advised to pay half of the advance payment. Customers can pay the first half of a finished product before it is delivered and already done.
